En nuestro caso, fuimos a recoger las maletas porque la aplicación indicaba que ya se había recogido el equipaje y nos asustamos, por suerte, parecía un error de la app, y pudimos recogerlo sin problemas
The whole service was amazing. I do recommend a more noticeable sign outside the door to know that we have arrived at the right location.
Staff were friendly and took care of our bags. Service was fast.
