Store was quiet so no waiting time, able to add an extra 30 mins to the booking after experiencing a delay in finishing up for collection without any extra fee. The only thing I'd prefer is to have a receipt rather than await a picture of the suitcase as it took a while to come through and I couldn't get a screenshot.
Female staff member was exceptional, so helpful to get our app downloaded & patient throughout our time in the store.
left my luggage here twice now, on previous trips, always easy and convenient, plus staff offer a friendly face :)
The guy who was checking me in forgot to ask for the QR code but there was no problem on picking up. Very friendly bunch
Really helpful staff. Very patient whilst I downloaded the app and filled out the booking online. Quick collection too which meant I got an earlier train home at Marylebone. Great service all around.
